tech help?

does anyone know how to fix this problem? when i upload a pic for the backgroud template the preview is instead a solid color. Can someone help me?

Ok I go here Whenever its open~! Zye is my bud and has a lovely gf named senna Im doing this to help him out~!
Skypark Cafe is an epic cafe carfully planned out beyond all pico cafes,the owner my bud zye is very bashfull when complimented so dont be insulted he's just really happy,
the wait staff is cool (you can find me there usually) and has one of the famous skypark's naked parties X3
